Vibrant and aromatic, dried limes are the perfect garnish for cocktails to tea, sparkling water and baking. Freshly sliced and dehydrated at peak ripeness, these dried lime slices add a delicious and zesty lime flavour to any drink or recipe. 

Our natural garnishes are made from real fruit, with no additives and have a shelf life of 12 months.  Add dried fruit to cocktails, tea or sparkling water. You can also use dried fruit in recipes when baking, or as a garnish to your charcuterie board.

  • Limeade Cooler

    Ingredients: Dried lime slices, water, lime juice, sugar or honey

    Directions: Make a limeade by mixing dried lime slices, lime juice, sugar or honey in water. Garnish with a dried lime slice and serve over ice for a refreshing drink.

  • Lime Coconut Energy Balls

    Ingredients: Dried lime zest, dates, almonds, shredded coconut, honey or maple syrup, vanilla extract.

    Directions: Blend dates, almonds, shredded coconut, rehydrated dried lime zest, honey or maple syrup, and vanilla extract in a food processor until sticky. Roll into balls and refrigerate before serving

  • Lime Mint Mojito

    Ingredients: Dried lime slices, fresh lime juice, mint leaves, white rum, club soda, sugar or simple syrup, ice cubes.

    Directions: Muddle dried lime slices with fresh mint leaves and sugar or simple syrup in a glass. Add fresh lime juice and white rum, then top with club soda. Stir well, add ice cubes, and garnish with a lime slice and mint sprig.
