Simmer and Co Wholesale Terms and Conditions
Welcome to our wholesale program! We are excited to partner with you to share our all-natural home fragrance products. By placing a wholesale order, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Order Requirements
- Minimum Order Amount: All wholesale orders must meet a minimum purchase of $250 CAD.
- Product Quantity: Each product must be ordered in a minimum of 3 units.
2. Payment Terms
- Payment Due: Full payment is required upon receipt of the invoice.
- Accepted Payment Methods: We accept credit card payments and e-transfers.
3. Order Processing
- Processing Time: Orders typically take 2-3 business days to process. During high-volume seasons (Q3-Q4), processing times may be longer. If you have a specific delivery date requirement, please reach out, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
4. Shipping and Handling
- Shipping Rate: A flat rate of $21.50 CAD applies to all orders.
- Shipping Carriers: We ship via FedEx, Purolator, Canada Post, and UPS within Canada and the United States.
- Shipping Information: All pricing is listed in Canadian dollars.
5. Returns and Damages
- No Returns: We do not accept returns.
- Damaged Items: Please report any damaged items within 7 days of receiving your order. We will work with you to arrange replacements.
6. Exclusivity
- We may offer exclusivity on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us to discuss this option if interested.
7. Marketing and Display Guidelines
- Brand Representation: We take pride in our brand and ask that our products be displayed and marketed thoughtfully. To assist with this, we provide a content bank of images and marketing materials that retailers may use.
- Usage of Images: Retailers may use our images for marketing and promotional purposes. Please ensure they align with the Simmer and Co brand aesthetic.
- Restrictions: Our products may not be resold on third-party marketplaces such as Amazon, Etsy, or similar platforms.
- MAP Policy: Retailers must adhere to our Minimum Advertised Price (MAP) policy.
8. Terms of Use
- We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Updates will be communicated as necessary.
9. Dispute Resolution
- Resolution Process: We suggest resolving disputes through open communication and, if necessary, mediation. If an amicable resolution cannot be reached, disputes may be subject to arbitration in the province of Alberta, Canada, under Alberta law.
