Shipping Policy

We want your order to arrive safely, quickly, and with care- just like a gift should.

Processing Time:
All orders ship within 2–3 business days from Alberta.

Delivery Timeframes:
Once shipped, your package will typically arrive within 3–10 business days across Canada and the US. Shipping carriers may experience delays during peak seasons, but we’ll keep you updated along the way.

Free Shipping:
Orders over $65 ship free with tracking anywhere in Canada - our little treat to you. We also offer flat rate shipping on orders under $65 for $12.

Carriers & Tracking:
We ship primarily with Canada Post and USPS. Occasionally, we may use FedEx or Purolator depending on location. You’ll receive a tracking email as soon as your order is on its way.

International Orders:
We do ship internationally- if you’re outside Canada or the US, your shipping options will appear at checkout.
